The National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML)

An exciting new way to develop leadership. The National Professional Qualification (NPQML) is a course accredited by the National College for Teaching & Leadership (NCTL). Participants will have the option to convert their study to credits towards a Master’s degree with Roehampton University (at an additional cost). Our new NPQML course offers the best of both worlds with its online and face to face dimension.

The online course comprehensively cover the 6 new NPQ content areas, using the most up to date theory and research. 14 hours of facilitated learning over 3 two week programmes includes opportunity for reflection, research, discussion and networking, but at a time that is convenient for you. This allows greater flexibility than a traditional course.  The online element is blended and complimented by face to face days with our extremely experienced facilitators. These sessions will include coaching, development sessions and a diagnostic 360 online evaluation as well as programme support.
